This policy explains how the Linktown Residence website (https://www.linktown-residence.sg) collects, uses and protects personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you submit a form we collect your name, email address, mobile number, preferred appointment day and time, the unit types you are interested in, and which form you used.
How we use it
We use your details to send the e-Brochure, floor plans and price list, to arrange showflat appointments, and to contact you about Linktown Residence by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and email, including if your number is on the Do Not Call Registry, as you consented on the form.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet through Google Apps Script, on Google's servers.
Cookies and Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and form submissions and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings or block cookies in your browser.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or withdraw consent for the use of your personal data at any time by emailing sales@linktown-residence.sg or calling +65 6059 1388. We will respond within 30 days.
Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for these purposes, or as required by law.
